Every engagement begins with an Operating Diagnostic —> a 90-minute session to map your growth constraints, operating gaps, leadership challenges, and priorities. This makes the engagement feel designed, not casual.

From there, engagements follow a consistent rhythm: strategic sessions, between-session decision support, KPI and operating reviews, and quarterly planning. The format varies by engagement level. The focus doesn't.
