ABOUT
I'm based in Ottawa, Ontario. My wife and I have four grown kids and a house that's quieter than it used to be.
I spent over a decade as a General Manager inside multi-hundred person organizations — cross-functional responsibility across operations, sales, and finance. I know what it looks like when a business is running well, and I know what it looks like when it isn't.
Beyond that, I own and operate service businesses myself. Which means the frameworks I coach are ones I'm personally accountable for. When I tell you what needs to change, it's because I've had to make the same call.
